Peter
Rendel has over two decades of superb experience in international
trading, international project bidding and real estate development.
Mr. Rendel started his career at the Uzbek Construction Department
as a project manager and quickly advanced to the position
of the chief executive of that organization. He is a founder
and co-owner of I&P Flamingo [1992], DNR Group [1994],
Concord Building Supplies [1999], DNR Construction LLC [2001].
Under his management, I&P Flamingo has won numerious international
bidding contracts such as supplying high-grade aluminum foil
for cargo aircraft manufacturing facilities in Russia, Uzbekistan
and the Ukraine. In a partnership with Voest Alpine of Austria,
I&P Flamingo won a contract to supply railroad tracks
and equipment to the Uzbek Railway Company. Recently, in a
partnership with Lucent Technologies, I&P Flamingo has
won an international bid to supply high-tech fiberoptic telecommunications
equipment to develop the telecommunications infrastructure
of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Under his management the company
pursues numerous other infrastructure development projects.
Peter Rendel has completed a Master's Degree in Industrial
Engineering
& Construction from the Moscow Construction Engineering
Institute.

Igor Nezhdanov has an extensive top management, international
business and real estate development background. He was the
COO of the Tashkent Aircraft Consutruction Company from 1985
to 1987. Mr. Nezhdanov was the deputy chairman of the Uzbek
Civil Aviation Department from 1988 through 1991. From 1991
to 1995 he was the chief executive of the Transcontitental
Corporation "AVEKS", a business enterprise engaging
in international trading, transportation, international investments
and construction. Mr. Nezhdanov is a founder and co-owner
of I&P Flamingo [1992], DNR Group [1994], Concord Building
Supplies [1999], DNR Construction LLC [2001]. Under his supervision
I&P Flamingo had successfully completed the construction
of a regional branch of the Uzbek National Bank in Andijan,
Uzbekistan, regional branches of Asaka Bank in Andijan and
Fergana, Uzbekistan, as well as the construction of a commercial
complex for Aviabank in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. At Concord Building
Supplies Mr. Nezhdanov managed the completion of 40 residential
homes. At DNR Construction he is curently managing the development
of over 100 residential homes. Igor Nezhdanov holds a graduate
degree in Aircraft Construction Engineering from the Tashkent
Polytechnical Institute.

Yuriy Nejdanov has over two decades of management experience.
As the CEO of American Technology FZE Mr. Nejdanov managed
the operations of a manufacturer of aluminum profiles, doors,
windows and frames. While assuming the responsibilities of
a CEO at Anshan, an Uzbek-Chinese joint venture, he oversaw
the development and construction of multiple commercial projects.
Mr. Nejdanov was a vice president at the Tashkent Railway
College. He has a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering
from Tashkent Institute of Transportation.
